The Transformational Changemaker Method is a free mini-series that shows you how to release stress and heavy emotions from your body so you can feel calmer, clearer, and more steady—even while staying connected to the world you care about. In short, supportive videos, you’ll be introduced to body and breath-based tools that help your nervous system settle and your energy return, without pushing or fixing yourself.

MODULE 1

Shake it Out

A practice to discharge negative emotions, release tension, and relieve media-induced stress.

MODULE 2

Rock the Baby

An easy, soothing practice for moments of overwhelm, dissociation, or exasperation meant to calm the nervous system and help you reset.

MODULE 3

Breath As Resource

This is a meditative practice to reset the Vagus nerve. It focuses on the shape, length, and feeling of the breath using imagery, timing, and self awareness.

MODULE 4

Space in Any Place

This is a quiet and meditative practice. It is meant to be applicable in any position and any place. Including in areas of constriction (like an airplane) or times when you feel unable to move (shutdown, fatigue, etc).
