

This video covers a few notes before you start: -gradations: make the movements as little or big as you like -release sound: don't be afraid to sigh, hum, sing, or yell! -create a safer space: it's great to be in a place where you feel comfortable, that could be your room, or outside, depending on what you need -establish a resource: find an object, person, pet, memory, etc that brings you a sense of safety and calm -add music if you want it (I'm personally using "Shake It Out" by Florence and the Machine
