SI Joint Dysfunction: adjustment and stabilization

This video is to review some information about the SI joint, and show an exercise to “reset” the SI joints. As I mention in the video, it is considered controversial. Some health professionals say to do it everyday (your PT may have even instructed this) but more and more people are finding that doing this adjustment regularly is de-stabilizing to the joint. As always, trust your own body. If it provides relief, do it as needed, but always focus on the stabilization exercises afterwards and try to slowly wean yourself away from the reset.
