2.3 - Reset the Pelvis

This is a gentle and restorative practice, starting with legs at 90, and moving into connection with the midline. We will spend a moment learning to activate supportive muscles (adductors and abductors) for the back and pelvis. This is an excellent practice for those with SI joint dysfunction and pain.
