Today we’ll work towards relieving the pain by calming the nervous system, resetting the spine, pelvis, and legs, and relieving and retraining the back muscles in a safe and gentle way. This is an excellent practice for when your pain level is high. It is a practice that you can and should repeat as often as you like! You can think of it as a “base practice” anytime your pain has spiked, at the end of a long day, etc. I use the methods in this practice multiple times a week, even just for 2-3 minutes, to keep my back feeling healthy.
