If you feel very clear about how to activate the glutes, how to stabilize your back and core, and how to bend or hinge at the hips and not flex the spine, you can begin to integrate these practices. If you still aren’t sure, spend a little more time with the videos in Module 3 or Module 4 before trying these exercises.
