3.5 Hip + Leg Strength: Adding Adductors and Inner Leg

Today we’ll build off the work we started on the inner thighs in 2.8. Strengthening the inner thighs helps stabilize the pelvis. When paired with the glutes, they offer support that can take load off the back. We do not want them in constant tension, but we want them to activate as an additional support (and it may help your knees too!).
