In this video, we’ll continue the work started in Module 2 to activate and strengthen the glutes. You’ll want to be fairly comfortable with the side lying exercise in 2.3 and 2.4 to isolate glute med and glute min. If you’re not sure, you can try this video and see if it makes sense to you.
