In today’s video, we’ll start putting the work we’ve been doing together and begin to apply it to our life moving forward (the focus of Module 4!) When certain muscles are weak, other muscles have to take over, but when we learn to activate weak muscles, they will support us more and more in everyday life. This means activities that may have caused pain (long walks, stairs, etc) can start to become an opportunity to build strength and support. In this video, we’ll discuss how to use the glutes on the stairs in a more conscious way. Once you apply this, you’ll start to feel the strength more and more. For some, this kind of conscious and deliberate understanding of the glutes is key to their back health!
