Day 2: Relieve & Rework

With the foundation set, Day 2 deepens relief and begins retraining muscles to support you more effectively. This is where comfort and education start working together. You’ll be encouraged to adjust, pause, or repeat what felt helpful on Day 1. Please start with a Daily Assessment. You can practice all or portions of this video: -Relax the Back (0:00) with imagery (Return to Legs at 90° if pain hasn’t shifted—or stay longer if your body asks for it) -Somatic rocking + knees to chest (1:15 for continued calming -Child’s Pose Set up (3:35) -Child’s Pose (4:57) with a focus on gently lengthening the low back muscles -Pelvic tuck & tilt (7:10) using clock imagery to restore spinal communication and subtle muscles -Mini glute bridges (10:30) to strengthen support without overloading -Glute + external rotation lengthening (13:13) -Reassess pain (15:38) and note patterns
