In this practice, we’ll work to activate the glutes and back muscles at their optimal range for lower back recovery. Part of this practice may feel like deep mental focus or more of a brain exercise than a physical exercise. That’s ok! For long term relief, it is essential to build the synapses in your brain to communicate with the muscles. Once your body starts using the glutes with more efficiency, you will start to use these muscles more in your daily life! Come back to this practice as often as you need until it feels clear and easy.
