In this video, we'll gently activate more subtle muscles of the body. When we are conscious about what muscles we use, our brain builds the synapses to make those muscles fire more often, making us stronger in our daily life. Some of the muscles we’ll gain awareness of: external rotators (deep 6), glute med, glute min, and multifidus.
